Dear District 361 Faculty,
Once again, the Falls Education Foundation (FEF) is ready to fund grants to benefit our schools.
We invite you to complete the grant application below for school-related needs that are not in the budget.
The Falls Education Foundation grants funds for academic and co & ex curricular needs. Please keep this in mind when completing your request. FEF does NOT grant funds for salaries, transportation, hotels or meals.
Please carefully consider your most important needs so that we may continue to fund as many as possible that fall within our scope.
Very important to this funding process is a copy of a completed requisition form. This must accompany your grant application listing the items requested, including shipping charges. Print an original to submit to ISD #361 financial personnel once you are notified by email of grant approval.
Deadline to receive grant applications/requisition forms is NOON on Friday, May 10th 2024. You must submit online through our website www.fallseducationfoundation.com . You must also submit a requisition form, these will need to be submitted SEPARATELY, so please be sure to click the submit button below the grant information, then the complete the requisition form and click the submit button below that portion. We will send confirmation both forms were received within 48 hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Requests must be emailed by the deadline. The committee will not consider any late requests. The committee will not consider any extension requests. We appreciate your respect in this matter.
